A rather repellent vision of the future that would have pleased Le Corbusier and Wall Street investors alike: the airport complex as a model for 21st century life. One would have thought this sort of thing would have died a deserved death after Jane Jacobs, not to mention bizarre experiments in corporate designed civic spaces like Celebration, Florida, but apparently these would still be news to some theorists.
