Three authors try to nail down the cost of ebooks:

1) David Gaughran offers some numbers on the per unit cost and total sales of print and ebooks.

2) PC World notes a price war going on in the ebook space, spurred on by smaller presses taking advantage of Amazon services.

3) And Paul Biba tries to break down the cost of print and ebooks for comparison.
